1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kk1111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the kk1111 website located at kk1111.vip and any associated services, features, games, or promotions offered thereon.

kk1111 operates as an online gaming and sports betting entertainment platform. 1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on kk1111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age;
2. You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence;
3. You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
4. You have not previously had a kk1111 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a kk1111 employee or contractor, unless prior written approval has been obtained.

2.2 Age Verification

kk1111 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to enabling real-money deposits and withdrawals. As part of this process, you may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Documents are reviewed by our Security & Compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal.

2.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

If kk1111 has reason to believe that a registered account is being operated by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, conduct a full investigation, and — if the suspicion is confirmed — permanently close the account, void all bets placed and bonuses awarded, and withhold any balance pending investigation. 3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on the kk1111 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. kk1111 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kk1111 may merge account balances, void bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, or permanently suspend all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

During account registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify kk1111 promptly of any changes by updating your account profile or contacting support.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kk1111 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. kk1111 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. 3.3 KYC Documentation

kk1111 may request KYC documentation at any point during your account lifecycle — not only at registration. This includes, but is not limited to, requests triggered by: first withdrawal request, high-value deposit activity, changes to registered payment methods, security flags raised by our compliance systems, or regulatory obligations. Accepted identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kk1111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. kk1111 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 4.1 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the account, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any balance arising solely from bonus credit (i.e., no real-money deposit has been made) is not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been completed.

4.4 Failed Transactions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by kk1111 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds — and in some cases, the associated deposit — before a withdrawal can be requested. As a general guide, wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, but this varies per offer.

5.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with the validity conditions of any bonus you accept.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kk1111 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus, and to suspend or close an account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms with low risk, coordinated play between accounts to satisfy wagering requirements, and using automated software to place bonus wagers. kk1111's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Loyalty Program

kk1111 operates a tiered Loyalty Program. Points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers and may be redeemed for bonus credit, cashback, or other benefits as specified within the Loyalty Program terms. 6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on kk1111, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. You acknowledge that certain actions are expressly prohibited and that engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk1111 platform:

• Using any automated device, script, bot, spider, scraper, or any other automated tool to access or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sportsbook market;

• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after the funds have been used for gaming activity;

6.2 Responsible Conduct

kk1111 encourages all players to engage with the Platform responsibly. You are responsible for the bets and wagers you place, and kk1111 will not refund stakes placed in error unless a clearly demonstrable technical fault on the Platform's side has been confirmed by our technical team. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

kk1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their kk1111 account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, kk1111 will process any eligible withdrawal of real-money balance (subject to KYC verification) and then permanently disable the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure does not discharge any obligations you owe to kk1111 that arose prior to the closure date.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods available on kk1111 range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will not be able to log in, make deposits, or place wagers. 7.3 Suspended Account Funds

Where an account is suspended by kk1111 pending investigation, the account balance will be held in escrow. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be released and the account restored. If a breach is confirmed, kk1111 may withhold all or part of the balance in accordance with these Terms and any applicable legal obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The kk1111 platform and all content, games, and services provided thereon are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kk1111 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

8.1 Platform Availability

kk1111 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect platform availability. kk1111 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All casino games hosted on kk1111 are supplied by certified third-party studios and use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. kk1111 does not influence game outcomes. All wagers are final once placed and confirmed by the system. In the event of a manifestly incorrect payout arising from a software error, kk1111 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the payout to the amount that would have been payable had the error not occurred.

8.3 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk1111's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kk1111 shall not in any circumstances be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
